Dutchmaids Cleaning Service Policies:

Dutchmaids Cleaning Service values your property and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company please read the following Policies and Terms. We are a professional cleaning service that is fully bonded and insured for your protection. All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Dutchmaids Cleaning Service.  We normally work in teams of two professionally trained cleaners.

Payment for Services:
 
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service. Dutchmaids Cleaning Service gladly accepts payment in the following forms: Cash or Check, Please make checks payable to Dutchmaids Cleaning Service.  Dutchmaids reserves the right to apply monthly finance charges to all unpaid balances.

Cancellations:
 
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide verbally at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation our staff is scheduled and we hold that time slot open for you.  This can also can turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your timeframe.  Dutchmaids reserves the right to charge for cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours in advance of a canceled appointment.  A minimum of two hours may be charged. 

Refunds:

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.  However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us verbally or by email within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

Privacy Policy:

Dutchmaids does not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.  Our representatives take all reasonable and necessary measures to maintain the confidentially of all information within the company network.

Extra Services:
 
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact by phone or email 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote for the additional services.

Employees:
 
Our employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe.   We will not move anything heavier than 35 lbs.  These types of activities put our employees in danger of injury and possible damage to your property.  If you would like us to clean behind appliances such as a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move the item prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.
